Information We Collect
We may collect account details, contact information, date of birth, subscription information, device identifiers, support communications, payment transaction references, login and security information, notification preferences, and service activity needed to operate Luma Live.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to create and secure accounts, manage subscriptions and devices, process and reconcile payments, provide support, deliver service notices, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve operations, and comply with legal obligations.
We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Luma Live and iConnect do not sell customer personal information.
Service Providers and Operational Sharing
Information may be disclosed to authorized service providers, processors, hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, security services, and other vendors when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, or provide the service. Such sharing is limited to legitimate operational purposes.
Payment Information
Payment card credentials should be handled by authorized payment processors. iConnect is designed to retain transaction references and payment status rather than unnecessarily storing raw payment card information.
Device and Trial Records
Device assignment, serial history, activation status, and trial usage history may be retained even after a device is unlinked or reassigned in order to support account integrity, operations, security, and trial-eligibility controls.
Communications Preferences
Customers may unsubscribe from optional promotional communications and change notification preferences. Essential account, security, payment, support, service-status, and legally required notices may still be sent where necessary.
Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, support, accounting, dispute resolution, audit, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and other legitimate operational purposes.
