Luma Live
Terms of Service
Effective August 21, 2026 · Version 2026-08-21
1. Service
These Terms govern access to Luma Live services managed through the iConnect™ subscription operations platform. By creating an account, beginning a trial, purchasing service, or using an assigned device, you agree to these Terms.
2. Free Trial
Eligible customers may receive one 7-day free trial. Trial eligibility may be associated with both the customer and the device. Removing, unlinking, transferring, or reassigning a device does not restore previously consumed trial eligibility.
3. Monthly Service
The current base monthly Service Access price(s) may be changed without prior notice, and includes one device. Additional-device charges may apply based on the number of active devices associated with the account.
4. Manual Renewal
Luma Live service does not automatically renew.
Customers must manually submit payment for each monthly service period. Failure to renew may result in suspension or interruption of service.
5. No Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Cancelling or downgrading service does not create a refund for a previously paid service period. Where applicable, a downgrade or cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid service period.
6. Trial Conversion
If a customer purchases monthly service before a free trial ends, the customer keeps the remaining eligible trial days. Paid service begins after the remaining trial period unless otherwise stated.
7. Devices
A customer may have multiple authorized devices subject to applicable plan limits and pricing. Device identifiers and assignment history may be retained for operational, security, support, fraud-prevention, and trial-eligibility purposes.
8. Cancellation and Account Records
Customers may cancel service. Cancellation does not automatically delete the customer account or historical records. Certain billing, audit, device, support, security, and legally required records may be retained after cancellation or account closure.
9. Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
10. Communications
Customers may manage optional promotional communications. Essential account, security, billing, support, service-status, and legally required communications may still be sent when necessary.
